  1. Make ready chicken thighs, breasts cut into cubes

  1. Heat butter in a pressure cooker or pot on medium heat.Add garlic, ginger, onion & saute till aroma comes.
  2. Add chopped carrots, beans, celery.Add chicken pieces,salt & cook on low flame.
  3. Add the chicken broth,give a boil & then pour warm water.Bring it a boil on low flame for 20 mints or pressure cook it for 2,3 whistles.
  4. Add cornstarch mix with water, pepper powder & continue to boil for another 5 mints.
  5. Transfer it to a soup bowl & serve hot with a small cube of butter.
