  1. In a bowl mix all ingredients Maida, curd, salt, baking powder, baking soda, sugar and oil. Add water and knead smooth dough. Cover the dough and keep aside for minimum 30 min to 1 hour. Drizzle Oil on dough and knead for 2-3 min.
  2. Take small portion of dough. Dust and roll the dough ball, apply some oil and some flour. Bring all the edges together and pinch to seal edges. Roll the dough.
  3. After rolling the roti, spread water evenly all over the one side of roti.
  4. Place the roti, watered side in a hot cooker. Allow the roti to cook well on low to medium flame.
  5. Now carefully hold the tawa upside down on the flame. Rotate tawa for even roasting.
