- In a mixing bowl add the ragi, jowar and rice atta. Add salt and oil. Mix it with hands. 1. Add the cabbage,onions,garlic and green chiilies and coriander. Now add water as required to make a dough as shown
- Divide the dough in 3 equal parts. Take a kadai as shown, brush it with oil without heating it. Put 1 ball in the kadai and tap it with your fingers to spread it around it.
- Now switch on the stove and let it cook on medium flame with the lid on it till its crispy from down. You will see the edges little brown when its ready.
- Now remove it from the kadai and turn it upside down on the direct flame. Cook the edges by moving around the roti with your hands
- At the time of making the second roti hold the kadai with a pakad and wash it under the tap upside down so that its cold and repeat the same steps.
- Add butter or ghee in the centre. Serve it hot with garlic chutney, curd and pickle.
