- For Making cutlets: Grease palms with oil and make small roundels and give the desired shape.
- Now dip the cutlet in cornflour slurry and coat it with breadcrumbs. Prepare all the cutlets and refrigerate them for 15 mins.
- Heat Non-stick pan add 2 tbsp oil and put cutlets for shallow fry, fry from both sides till it becomes crisp and golden brown. Serve with chutney, dip, or ketchup.
