- Take a Roti cut into 4 parts. On medium flame heat oil in a wok. 1. In hot oil slide the Roti piece. Deep fry until becomes turn into crispy. Take out in the absorbent sheet. Same method apply to all pieces to make crisp.
- For Chaat, in curd add both salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder and sugar mix well.
- For Roti Chaat, take a serving plate roughly chopped the crisp roti put in it now pour 2 tbsp curd then mix chaat masala both chutney, coriander leaves and pomegranate granules one by one.
