Steps to make Onion  Roti:
  1. For dough : In a plate. Combine whole wheat flour, ajwain (carom seeds), salt. Mix…..well. Add enough water and knead into a smooth dough. Keep aside. From the dough take a small ball and roll a portion of the dough. Place a stuffing in the centre of the circle. Close the edges tightly. Roll again in to a circle with a little flour.
  2. Heat tava and cook the onion roti with 1 tsp ghee till it become light brown both the sides. Once it is done.
  3. Transfer to a plate. Serve immediately hot……………….onion roti with curd raita or mango pickle……………………
