  6. Now add chopped tomatoes n mix well cover the lid n cook for 5 minutes, after 5 minutes open the lid our tomatoes is soft,
  7. Add Cook saag into it n mix them n cook continuously stirring for 3 to 4 minute's now our sarson Ka saag is ready, for makai ki roti take a big parat add salt take a lukewarm water.
  8. Add two big bowl 🥣 makai flour add again little salt n lukewarm water mix it slowly slowly.
  9. Knead with your hand palm make a soft dough,for prepare bhakri take a small portion of dough n flatten it sprinkle some dry makai flour into the parat n put flatten dough gently with palm n make a round makai roti.
  10. Heat the tawa transfer the makai roti into hot tawa grease with little water on the top of the makai roti n roast both the sides.
