- Take whole wheat flour
- Get grated garlic

- In a mixing bowl, add the whole wheat flour, garlic paste, kasuri methi, 2tblsp ghee and some oil, mix everything very well.
- Now add little water at a time and make a stiff dough, just like roti, knead it well, cover and keep aside for 20 mins.
- Divided the dough into 3 equal parts, knead each parts of the dough for another 5 mins, and roll thick Roti, make some cuts with knife on side of the Roti.
- Now one the other side, with the help of your finger, pinch and make design.
- Heat a tawa, gently place the Roti, and cook it on a medium flame for 2-3 minutes, gently flip and cook the other sides from another 2-3 mins, now place the Roti directly over the flame and cook both the sides for 1-2 mins or until brown spots are visible on both the sides of Roti. Repeat the same process for other two dough balls, before serving apply ghee over the Roti and it's done.
