  1. Prepare Chapati flour
  2. Prepare Oil
  3. Take salt
  4. Take Boiling Water

  1. Place the flour in a bowl, add salt and mix
  2. Add hot water, a little at a time, mixing with a spoon until the dough becomes a solid piece and nothing sticks to the bowl
  3. Add oil and knead for 5 min
  4. Cover and rest for 10 min
  5. Divide into 10 pieces aprox and flatten top and bottom to make a flat circle
  6. Dust in chapati flour and roll out. - Shake any excess flour
  7. Heat up a frying pan and place the chapati on. - watch for bubbles to start forming and then turn over. - Wait for bubbles again and press around the edges with a spatula
  8. Brush one side with melted Ghee and put on a plate covering with a cloth as you cook the rest
