  2. Now take one ball size from the dough and place a ball of dough on a dosa pan make sure that stove is at low flame. Dip your fingers in a bowl of water and spread the dough gently to a thin roti. Spread a teaspoon of sesame oil all over the roti.

  4. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes on a medium flame continue to cooking until you see the color of the roti changes to a darker shade.
  5. Flip the roti and cook on the other side too until done. Sprinkle more oil of you prefer.
