  2. Mix the dry ingredients but first sift the flour
  3. Add to the wet ingredients and mix together
  4. Leave the mixture for 30 minutes and cover with a cloth
  5. Preheat stove and add 1Tbs of cooking oil to the pan but not to much until it is hot then reduce the temperature
  6. Pour 50ml of your mixture to the pan and leave until you see bubbles on top of the pancake then turn over the other side
  7. Serve with jam, syrup or any other serving
