- Heat oil in a pot.
- Add pre-marinated cubes steak into pot and allow to cook until soft. Do not overcook as it will get dry.
- Once steak is cooked, add half a cup of tomato sauce, 3 heaped dessert spoons of mayonnaise and chilli sauce to taste.
- Allow to cook on low until the sauce begins to boil and then switch off the stove.
- Fry chips until crispy and immediately put on top of saucy steak.
- Season the chips with salt, chilli powder and a variety of sauce of your choice. I use mustard sauce, chilli sauce and tomato sauce.
- Serve hot.
