- First make ball roll with rolling pin add desi ghee and then cut from center and keep rolling and make again a ball to make paratha. 1. Again Roll with rolling pin in circle and put on tawa as one side is half cook turn it's side and put desi ghee. 1. Now mix all ingredients in egg add 5 tbsp water in egg beat it.and put on pan
- Then half cook paratha put on it cook one side then with spatula turn it's side cook other side your paratha omelet is ready.
- Then serve hot. My kids love too eat in breakfast.
