  12. Prepare 1/2 tsp chicken spice 2 Tblsp lemon juice 2 Tblsp mayonnaise
  13. Take 2 Tblsp spicy sauce of choice
Steps to make Chicken buns:
  1. For the yeast dough, combine steps 1,2 and 3 together.. And add 4-5 cups flour to make a soft and slightly sticky dough.. Leave to rise for +-2 to 3 hours or until double in size
  2. For the filling:
  3. Fry potatoes and set aside..In a pot, braise onions in butter/ghee till pinkish colour.. When almost done, add in green peppers and sauté.. - - Add chicken with all spices and sauces in a dish.. Add in tomatoes and corn to chicken as well.. - - When onions is done, add in chicken with all ingredients(as well as fried potatoes) and cook till water has dried out.. Filling must be dry for making the buns.. - - Cool filling and then make buns
  4. Roll dough into small balls
  5. Flatten one in the palm of ur hand and add in a tsp of chicken filling(make sure u do not put too much filling as this will cause breaking and buns to pop)
  6. Pinch opposite ends together
  7. Pinch remaining ends together as well and twist bottom to close.
  8. Brush with beaten egg and lil milk and sprinkle with herbs.. Bake on 180 for +-10mins or till brownish in col
