- Beat 3 eggs thoroughly. You must use a whisker for this, if you don't have a whisk you can use a fork.
- Whisk it for 5 minutes until the mixture becomes fluffy, the quantity of egg mixture will become double
- Add coriander powder,chilli powder,salt,black pepper, chopped chillies and mix it properly.
- Now Heat a pan and add oil/butter to it.
- Now add the egg mixture and reduce the flame. Cover and cook on low flame. Covering it will help the omelette fluff up.
- Now when you see the egg (Omelette) leaving the sides of the pan slowly flip it.
- Insert the spatula deep inside the egg and then slightly lift it and flip.
- Tips:- (Most of the times, the omelette breaks because we are in a hurry of flipping half cooked eggs. Have patience and allow it to cook well first and then flip.)
- Cover the omelette with a lid and let the other side of Omelette cook on low flame for 1 minutes.
- Switch off the stove
- Your Omelette is ready to serve
- You can garnish your Omelette with veggies or sprinkle Black pepper powder.
