  1. Crack four whole eggs in a bowl and add 1/4 cup chopped onion,1 chopped green chilies, and some chopped coriander leaves in it.
  2. Whisk well until making a batter for the omelet.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. When the oil starts to smoke pour the batter into the pan and reduce the heat to the lowest.
  4. Let it cook from all the sides. when the lower side is cooked. cook the other side of the omelet.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and add a teaspoon of cumin seeds and 1/4 cup chopped onion,add a teaspoon of ginger garlic paste and saute the onions till they are golden brown.Add 1/2 teaspoons turmeric powder.Add 1 teaspoon Kashmiri LAL mirch powder, coriander powder and garammasala.mix all the ingredients.add tomatoes.cook the masala.
  6. Pour 4 tablespoon of water.Then cover the pan. allow the gravy to cook.turn the heat to slow.
  7. Mix the omelette with the gravy and allow it.
