- Add chopped tomato,add 2 tbsp water.Add salt and cover the pan.Cook on medium flame for 2-3minutes.
- Add whisked eggs to the pan,add shredded cabbage.Cover the pan and cook on low-medium flame for 3-4minutes or until eggs are set.
- Transfer omelatte into a plate,flip the side and cook on other side in the same way.
- After 2-3minutes,put off flame and dish out the omelatte.
- Cut into your desired shape and serve with chutney/sauce of your choice.
