- Prepare as required Soya sauce
- Prepare As needed tomato sauce

- Beat 2 eggsin a bowl and add salt green chilli and pepper in it acc to taste 1. Take 2 tbsp oil in a pan and add chopped onions and capsicum in it followed with all the sauces in small amount 1. Make an omelette in a separate pan and roll it and cut it into small pieces
- Now add these pieces of omelette in perious mixture qnd mix it well….
- Now Transfer this into bowl and garnish it with oregano and chilli flakes with coriander…
- Omelette chilli is ready to eat
