  1. In a pan take butter and oil and fry onions.

  4. Add chicken sausages
  5. Then add salt, pepper and oregano
  6. Then add coriander leaves and put little water and cook the veggies and sausages and keep it aside
  7. Then take eggs, add salt and pepper and nicely beat it till it becomes fluffy
  8. Put butter and oil in the hot pan and then add eggs
  9. Flip the omelet
  10. Add the chicken and veggies mixture prepared to the omelet
  11. Add cheese slice or grated cheese to this and keep it inside the microwave for 1 minute till the cheese melts
  12. Delicious omlette is ready
