- Prepare 2 eggs
- Take 1/2 small onion chopped
- Get 1/2 small tomato chopped
- Make ready 1-2 green chillies chopped

- Get 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- Make ready 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- Prepare 1 tbsp butter

- Break eggs in a mixing bowl add in onion, tomato, green chilli, coriander leaves, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder and whisk them nicely till it's all blended well. 1. Heat butter in pan turn the flame to low and spread the egg mix evenly. After a minute turn the flame to medium and let the omelette cook for another few minutes. 1. Once it's cooked from the bottom gently flip and cook the other side. Take care not to break the omelette.
- Once properly cooked from both the sides place it on the serving plate and pair with ketchup, toast bread and enjoy your breakfast.
