In a bowl combine, chopped cabbage, haldi powder, red chilli powder, ginger, garlic and green chilli paste, salt, chopped coriander leaves, 2 eggs, gar am masala. Mix,….properly. Heat non-stick pan apply oil in the pan pour egg mixture and spreadly evenly.
  2. Cover and Cook till it become light brown in color. Take out the lid and flip the omelette till it cooked properly. Once it is done.
