Steps to make Shami kebab:
- Take a pressure cooker and put soaked dal,, turmeric powder, red chilli, salt, green cardamom, cinnamon stick, cloves, black pepper, garlic cloves, ginger and 1/4 cup water and mix it well.
- Put the pressure cooker on gas and cook for 15 to 20 minute.
- Once it is cooked strain the water completely.
- Allow it to cool and transfer to a grinder and grind it with chicken mince.
- Then transfer the mixture in a bowl and add coriander leaves, garam masala powder,chopped onion, and mint leaves mix it well.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Make small tikkis out of the mixture and dip into beaten eggs.
- Fry it on medium flame your shami kebab is ready.
- Serve hot with sauce.
