  3. In a clean pan, on a medium heat, heat the wraps for 1 minute on each side. Place on a plate till ready to serve.
  4. To assemble, spread the sour cream or yoghurt on the wraps, then the beef Mince mix, then the sliced tomatoes, the guacamole and then finish with the coriander. Serve whilst warm.
