Steps to make Kota Mince:
  1. Potato leftovers will be warmed later
  2. Fry your onion and ginger and garlic paste then pour your beef stock
  3. Stir until onion is cooked then pour your mince meat. Stir and also add your seasoning to taste
  4. Once it's cooked perfectly then open the tin of mixed vegetables but drain the water and pour it over
  5. Let it simmer and now cut your bread in half and open it. Then those warmed potatoes, start dishing them on the bread, the mince is ready and dish it on too and you can add Atchaar to taste if you like Atchaar like me.
