Cook till the water dries.. add 1 tspn olive oil and fry for 2 min, add all your spices and continue frying, add baby marrow and decrease ur stove to 3/6 msd continue frying… add brinjal, chillies, onion and continue frying (add ur veggies in that order after every two minutes, don’t add all at once) fry for another 5 minutes or till ur veggies are nicely cooked… add cherry tomatoes and cook for 3 minutes.
