- Heat a tawa with Butter and Oil both on a low heat. Add this Egg mix onto the tawa. Cover and cook for about 2-3 minutes each on both the sides. Never do it on a high heat.
- That's it. Serve it piping hot alongside Chapatis or Phulkas for Suhoor or pre dawn meals in Ramadan. It's a beautiful colour that catches our eyes when we see this Simple Omelette. And it's heaven when we eat that hot. Enjoy your mealtimes with your loved ones.
