Instructions to make Masala chicken:
- In a bowl mix the yoghurt or sour milk with Mayonnaise, grated tomatoes and the tomato paste/puree and ginger and garlic
- Add in all the dry spices
- Add in the saffron water
- In a pot,melt butter
- Add in the mixture to the hot butter
- Allow chicken to cook and gravy to form
- Once cooked,garnish with fresh coriander
- Serve with bread or rolls and fried or bakes chips or potatoes wedges
