- Season chicken drum with pound coriander root, garlic cloves, salt and pepper. Put in the Aluminium foil. Whilst seasoning it pre-heat the oven use 200 celsius. Bake approx 25 mins pour the gravy out. Continue bank approx 15-20 mins.
- Boil the noodles, drain and scoop them down, mix with fried gallic. Boil the Bok Choy and sprouts, drainand scoop them down‼️
- Serve with the seasoning; sugar, chilli powder and lemon. Put egg noodle, veggies and chicken in the bowl. Pour gravy and sprinkle the coriander. Notice ‼️ Put boil egg with it if you want 👍👍👍
