The ingredients needed to make No-knead Bread:
  1. Take 4 cups Flour (cake or bread)
  2. Make ready 2 t/spoon Salt
  3. Take 2 t/spoon Sugar
  4. Get 2 t/spoon Instant yeast
  5. Take 1 and 1/2 cups Water (room temperature)
  6. Make ready 1/2 cup Boiling water
  7. Get Butter to coat pan
Instructions to make No-knead Bread:
  1. Mix all the dry ingredients together.
  2. Mix room temperature water with boiling water and add to dry ingredients.
  3. Mix with electric mixer (or wooden spoon) for 5 min, until dough feels elastic.
  4. Cover mixture with cling wrap and let it rest in a warm area until double in volume. More or less for an hour.
  5. Mix it thoroughly and place it in a well coated, medium-sized bread pan. Let it rest for another half hour.
  6. Once dough rises to double the volume, turn oven on to 220°C.
  7. Once oven is heated, bake bread for 15min at 220°C.
  8. After 15 minutes, turn oven down to 190°C and bake for another 20 minutes.
  9. After the baking period is completed, I will take the bread out of the pan and let it rest in the cooling oven, until it is time to serve.
