The ingredients needed to make Savoury Bread:
  1. Make ready 250 ml warm water
  2. Take 5 g instant yeast
  3. Take 1 tsp sugar

  7. Take 1 sliced green pepper
  8. Prepare 500 g grated cheese
  9. Make ready Basil and pepper dew for garnish

Instructions to make Savoury Bread:
  1. In a bowl, combine the water, yeast and sugar. Let it stand until the mixture foams up, for about 5 minutes, then add the flour and salt, mix and Knead well.
  2. Oil your hands and roll into a ball, cover with a dish cloth and leave to prove for 20 minutes.
  3. Take some off the dough and roll into bun shapes, if you have foil tins you can place the buns next to each other has I did in the picture above, or use a baking tray and place the buns on a tray.
  4. Top with sliced red onions and peppers, sprinkle with cheese and bake for 15 minutes
  5. When ready, garnish with basil, pepper dew and mixed herbs. Best served warm…
