  1. Make ready 250 gm Chicken boneless
  2. Prepare 2 tbsp Hung curd
  3. Prepare 2 pinch Zafran /saffron strands
  4. Get 1 tbsp Green chilli paste
  5. Take 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  6. Make ready to taste Salt
  7. Take 2 tbsp Fresh cream
  8. Take 1 tsp Haldi ( Turmeric)powder
  9. Make ready 1 tsp Dhaniya( coriander) powder
  10. Take 1 tsp Black pepper powder
Steps to make Zafrani chicken:
  1. Wash and strain chicken and keep it ready for marination
  2. Add haldi powder, dhaniya powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste black pepper powder zafran and mix it nicely.
  3. Add curd take Hung curd so as to avoid water into it so that the marination is nicely coated on chicken pieces. Add fresh cream and marinate for a night or 2hrs as time permits.
