- Cut the cauliflower and broccoli leaving aside the stems. The florets need to be cut into small parts. Put in a blender and blend smooth. 1. In a wok heat olive oil, add chopped onions, green, yellow, red capsicums, mushrooms, and add salt and black pepper. On low flame stir until softened.
- Add blended cauliflower and broccoli and mix well. Make space in the center of the wok and break the egg. Quickly mix the egg well with the vegetables and cook for 1-2 mins. Set aside.
