  1. In a frying pan: Add in the Butter (keep in reserve 1.5 tbsps, for later use)- Add in the Ginger-Garlic Paste, sautΓ© for a minute- then, add in all the chopped veggies, aforementioned, sautΓ© until translucent & reduces a bit
  2. Add in the salt and keep sautΓ©ing over the medium flame- When done, add in a tsp of milk & one cheese slice- tearing into bits…mix everything well together until nicely combined
  3. Turn off the flame & allow it to cool down a bit before mixing the same with the egg batter- else, the egg would be cooked if it’s hot enough…
  4. Now, whisk the eggs well enough with some salt, peppers & red chilli flakes- Mix the milk & whisk well again until frothy…
