Then add the almond flour (I used homemade), dry coconut and mix well, cook for 2 minutes. Then sprinkle the almond milk and combine all well. Cook for 1 minute.
- Now switch off the flame. Add the stevia, salt and combine well. Then add the vanilla and colour and stir well to combine everything. Let the mixture cool for 5 minutes on counter.
- Then spread the rest of coconut on a plate. Prepare small balls of the mixture and roll very gently in the coconut to cover them well.
