- Prepare couscous ie add a cup boiling water with a bit of stock to one cup couscous and leave to absorb for a few minutes till fluffy
- Put cooked veggies into couscous and mix together
- Add in cubed feta cheese and chopped sun dried tomatoes and sprinkle with the dhania
- Serve with cooked tuna, chicken or chops and a small salad to round off the meal
