  1. Blanch Spinach and make fine puree of it.
  2. Take onion and green chilli and make fine paste of it.
  3. Now heat some butter in pan. Add ginger garlic paste in it. Cook them for atleast 1-2 min.
  4. Now add mixture of onion and green chilli. And cook them until it get brown.
  5. After that add our spinach puree and stir it well. Do not cook it too much.
  6. As soon as it gets its first boil, reduce the flame and slowly add cream and medium pieces of boiled potato in it. At this stage we can also add cheese in it. But i prefer it adding while serving.
  7. Give a slow stir for 1-2 min. Add black pepper powder and salt now.
  8. Creamy Spinach with Potato is ready to serve. Add chilli flakes and grated cheese as garnish. Serve it hot with Garlic Bread (coming up).
