  1. In a pan, combine butter and olive oil together on low heat. Add roughly chopped garlic and cook on low heat for 2-3 mins.
  2. Add slices of button mushrooms to the pan.
  3. Add salt and pepper to the mushrooms and mix. (This will make the moisture release from the mushrooms).
  4. Cook for 5-6 mins on low heat.
  5. Add full fat cream and milk to the mushrooms.
  6. Put parmesan cheese and processed cheese and mix.
  7. Cook for 5 mins till the mixture thickens.
  8. Add chopped fresh spinach, or baby spinach leaves to the mushrooms and cream sauce.
  9. Cook for 1-2 mins. Your cheesy and creamy mushroom and spinach sauce is ready
  10. Place the mushrooms over toasted bread, garnish with fresh spinach and serve.
  11. NOTE: - If you don't have cream, cook 1 tbsp of regular flour in 1 tbsp olive oil and then put 1/2 cup milk to it. Cook this mixture till it thickens and use this in place of cream.
