  1. In a mixing bowl take bajri flour. Add fresh fenugreek leaves, fresh green garlic, chopped coriander leaves and curd. Add salt, crushed green chillies, garlic paste, ginger, turmeric powder, ajwain and asafoetida.
  2. Combine all ingredients well. Add approximate 1/2 cup water and prepare thick batter. (Don't add too much water. Keep batter thick)
  3. Now add baking soda and mix well. Heat tawa. (You can use uttapam tawa). Sprinkle some sesame seeds and spread spoonful of batter on it. Apply oil or ghee. Cover with lid and cook for 2-3 minutes or until golden on low flame. Then flip the side and cook it too till golden.
  4. Prepare all pancakes like this. Serve hot with green chutney or garlic chutney.
