  2. Get 1 and half cup moraiya.

  1. Dry roast sabudana and moraiyo,jeera for 5 min. Cool it and then grind in mixer to make coarse powder. Then in that powder add rajgira flour. Your farali flour is ready.
  2. Take 1 cup farali flour. Add green chilli paste, salt, sugar, butter milk, and peanut powder. Add some coriander.
  3. Add water as required and make batter of pancake.
  4. Greece tava with ghree and pour farali pancake mixure. When one side is done, flip to other side till golden brown.
  5. Serve hot with chunda or curd.
