  3. Add black pepper powder and water and mix well and keep aside for 20 minutes.
  4. Now heat the oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
  5. When they splutter add asafoetida and onions and saute for 30 seconds.
  6. Now add capsicum tomatoes and carrots.
  7. Now add cabbage and mix well and add turmeric powder and red chili powder.
  8. Now add salt and amchur powder and mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes. Now off the flame and cool down the mixture.
  9. Now this mixture add to semolina mixture and mix well. Now add some more water if required.
  10. Now heat a nonstick pan and grease it lightly using little oil.
  11. Pour a spoonful of the batter in the centre of the pan. Spread it out into a thick circle.
  12. Cook it on a medium flame using little oil till it turns golden brown in colour from both the sides.
  13. Repeat with the remaining batter to make more pancakes.
  14. Serve the Semolina Veg Pancakes immediately with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
